I realise it is far too late for your question but in case others are looking for an answer: eBay.com.au for a VIVO brand or One for All brand at Good Guys, JB Hi Fi, Harvey Norman, Big W .... check One for All website to find which model remote needed, they also have an Australian based support desk for assistance.
