I have 2 x 300ah batteries in parallel 12v and when I use my 2600 enerdrive inverter it pulls the charge down to 11.5 volt almost immediately, no matter what I try to run and the inverter then error codes E01 low voltage and shuts down why can’t these batteries hold a load ?

2 x 300ah lithium in parallel, attached to an enerdrive 2600w inverter using 0000 b&s cable approximately 1 mtr from the battery’s. Using any appliance big or small including 800w dluxx microwave and the battery power drops down to 11.5volt triggering an error and shutdown of inverter. I followed enerdrive,s technician advice disconnected to allow the capacitors to discharge and reset. Then Re-attached after one hour and same result.

If yes, what is the size of the inverter 6. Make and model of solar charge regulator used: 7 System installation picture. 8 Was there any external short circuit during installation? Thank you.
