Excellent! Had never heard of them but i'm blown away by the features it packs! – As I said, I'd never heard of 'Voxson' so when the salesperson pointed out the VLCD32CTXS2 to me I was a bit reluctant at first and being priced at just over $300, I couldn't help but wonder whether it was inferior to the better known brands such as Sony, Panasonic etc. Then he explained that it was an Australian made TV, unlike the others and that the 'Sony Bravia' I had intended to buy wasn't full HD, which the voxson is. He then went on to describe the various features it has such as home theatre capacity, 'personal video recording' built in (PVR). I can record programs directly onto the TV or via a number of external storage devices, USB, External HDD, DVD recorder, home computer.
It has three HDMI sockets, Access for RCA and component video cables, as well as inputs for a surround sound system. It has numerous picture quality adjustments so you can set it up exactly the way you want it to be, or you can simply use the in-built picture quality settings it has, eg 'Mild', 'Dynamic', 'Movie' 'warm' etc. The picture quality is fantastic and the various 'user' controls on the remote are intuitive, clearly labelled, easy to use and clearly explained in the thorough owners manual that it came with. For once someone wrote a manual that you don't have to be an electronics technician to understand.
It performs perfectly and the crisp 'piano black' of the screen surround sets it off beautifully. For features, value for money and all round style, you can't go past this TV. The look of the unit, the inexpensive price tag and the fact that its an Australian Company!
Had a 32" LCD/DVD combo unit. First one lasted 4 months before the screen when blank. The replacement lasted 11 months in total before much the same thing happened. Voxson declared that it was more than 12 months since the original purchase and therefore, too bad. Did not buy extended warranty on a $400 set. Replaced it with another brand. So much for supporting the Australian.

I agree - Value and product for money it can't be beat. Bought a 46" LCD from Joyce Mayne at Boxing Day Sale last year for $543 and am thoroughly happy with it. Being of "older" generation, find the headphones fantastic when sound of movies sometimes not clear. Believe the AUSTRALIAN Company is a family run business which really WANTS TO HELP if anything does go wrong (which at some point it usually does). We also have an Electroview Plasma which is about 4 years old now and was also made by Voxson. Only once have I had any problem with it, (something to do with tuning if I remember correctly). I rang, spoke to an Australian immediately, was given easy to understand and follow information, and problem was resolved. We also have a Panasonic 32" LCD which is supposed to be the best Brand to use in our poor reception area - The Electroview performed so much better - which is why we went and bought the Voxson LCD. Thoroughly recommend the Brand. And really happy to be supporting Australian product. Happy customer from Sunshine Coast, Qld.
