Wahl Lithium Pro Plus Cordless Clipper

No customer care whatsoever. I live in Sydney and, finally, emailed the U.S but had no reply, none!

Poor quality and worse customer service – I bought the ultimate trimmer combo and unfortunately it is poor quality. The blade had rust on it after a single use. Absolutely not worth the price tag - much better experience from a standard $60 trimmer! Moreover, customer service was awful, they offered no solutions or refund options and after suggesting the rust was my fault, just stopped emailing me all together. I take that to mean that Wahl consider products that rust easily acceptable in terms of quality.

This clipper is surprisingly excellent – Found it to be 70% charged out of the box & was immediately impressed with its performance. Its size strikes me a bit odd, being a little big for a beard trimmer and maybe a bit small for a haircut trimmer, but I think that's just my bias and something for me to get used to (I use it to tidy up my beard). It cuts really well, effortless, no pulling... not to zero I'd say, but probably a 1. With all these battery gadgets, it's about the declining battery charge/power ... & it's too early for me to say about that... at the moment it seems to hold its power pretty well... it's been two weeks & power is still at what it was the when last I used it. I could be wrong on this, but it might even be a cord/cordless trimmer - not sure if battery is replaceable either... which would kind of make it perfect in my eyes. I really like it, try it, $120 is not a huge investment & I think G.Guys have a 30 day return thing going on. All the best.
