takes me a few weeks each time. Clinton Selby was recommended to me by a friend. Working non-stop, Clinton cleaned half of the windows in less than one morning and left them absolutely sparkling. Although not cheap, I highly recommend his service.

Several years we have had excellent businesses the last one Alert Cleaning was horrendous they never seem to have any continuity with staff and the last cleaner destroyed the vinyl flooring in most of our humble unit{she from overseas? put bleach in the mop water because she thought the pattern represented dirt } I will leave it up to you to imagine the unit now looks. No customer first approach at all, just words no action.

sent. Cleaner only used a sprayer that did not clean properly. Lots of water all over floors. In main bathroom black marks on tiles from leaking pipe. Cleaner stated the tiles are broken that why the marks did not come off. Next day I cleaned the floor and marks gone. No broken tiles. When cleaning ensuite he broke the vanity door off the vanity then stated it was already broken. Painter still at the house stated door not broken when he painted the ensuite earlier. No attempt to fix the door he broke so painter attached the door to the vanity. Windows still dirty and cleaner did not remove the wire screens to clean the windows. The window cleaning tools were not professional cleaning tools. I contacted business and they sent out two people to redo the cleaning but now the Windows were dirtier with marks, the oven was not cleaned properly glass door still dirty and the showers were still not clean. I requested a refund but the business refused to refund my money. I would not recommend this business to clean anything. Unprofessional and still work not done. I paid $50 deposit. As soon as the cleaner arrived at the rental the calls started from the cleaning business insisting that I pay the balance of $450 before he even started. They kept ringing numerous times while the cleaner had still not finish the cleaning jobs demanding payment which again is not professional. DO NOT USE this business.

The cleaner tried to prove it wasn’t the workers by demonstrating an up and down cleaning motion instead of how the cleaner actually did it from left to right. He couldn’t explain how so many scratches appeared on the external side of the glass. He was rude and claimed we couldn’t see through dirty glass and continued to shout over me in another language in my home.

I wouldn’t recommend using their service.
