Don’t travel with them – Expensive. Smelly and unclean vehicle. Something was wrong with the vehicle, it kept surging forward and slowing with a very loud engine noise. He said he half fixed it the day before. The fuel light was on all the way from airport. Very stressful ride. Would never recommend to anyone.

DO NOT USE!!!! – HORRIBLE!!!! Do not book this cab company. They gave me a quote and charged me double. Complete crooks- you'd be better off getting in a car with a total stranger.

now we know means he is not allowed to say an estimated price as then no one would go with them because it’s ludicrous. The meter goes up by 10 cents every second which you are not told until after you get in. There are hidden fee’s which you are not told about, there is an airport fee apparently, a card transaction fee and an after 10pm meter speed fee, absolute [Content Removed]! The driver was rude and completely standoffish about the insane price and very cagey about everything we questioned. If I could give 0 stars I would, companies like this are why people are too scared to support local taxi’s over online giants such as Uber. Absolute [Content Removed], AVOID!!!

Timely, professional, sociable and perfect vehicle to transport 6x polynesians to the airport! Cab charges be aware – I’m on a government trial for diabetes and had to travel from QLD to Westmead hospital on the 26/05/2024. I had a cab charge supplied to me from the Westmead hospital. When I got to the location I used the cab charge via my Apple wallet & then he said we don’t accept it. So I had to pay for the charge out of my own money. This is not acceptable and I reckon it’s illegal and I would like to take this further please. Can anyone help please

Very bad - never again – Useless downloaded the app and booked for a week in advance. Confirmed for 11pm pick up but cometh the hour nothing arrived. So I phoned number on my booking confirmation and some bloke very unapologetic decides to offer me a pick up from the original $53 fare to a "$100 fare buddy" WHAT. App deleted, will never be used again!!

Don't use Wav Cabs – I ordered a Silver Service cab for a $360 city return trip on 2/3. A Wav cab that was dirty, late and had a damaged body turned up instead. NOT OK to be disceptive after taking people's money.

very unsatisfactory – 1st, I really don't like how Silver Service as a heading on google search apparently covers Wav Cabs and many others. a larger mini van was called. b) exiting from airport, I expected to be met at arrivals - we were not. (though we we were late going through - due to baby issues but they knew that). Car was in pick up area nearby - but with luggage etc help was expected. Other pick up taxis remarked that there were so many carriers that used Silver Service reference - what a farce that is. c) mini van was old and more like a van to pick up people going to a work site. Really pretty shonky for the price paid (A$125). d) van did not come with a second baby seat - and we were told that over 1 year old a seat belt is all that is required. This is simply not true. e) Navigation - perhaps app really showed the route - but it was about 20 minutes longer than norm and a bizarre way.

Conclusion - avoid this company, especially if there is anything unusual or valuable (e.g babies!). As the Wav Cabs name does not come up until booking, I was silly not to check references for it - in looking at them now, they seem to be made up of negative and probably honest reviews and perhaps questionable positive ones - or giving the benefit of the doubt, the service offered is incredibly erratic in quality.

Poor service and unorganised – Arranged for an airport pick-up and provided my flight number. The flight was delayed by around 25 minutes and by the time I got out of customs, it was an hour and a half after my arranged pick-up time. make matters worse, when I got dropped off at the hotel. The driver demanded a tip before removing my suitcase from the boot because he had to wait for an hour and a half.

I also arranged for an airport drop-off at 11:00 a.m. and gave the business the benefit of the doubt until 11:20 a.m. before contacting them as the driver had not arrived. I called the number they had provided of the driver in the text message and was told to call the contact center. I decided to text the mobile number that provided the driver's details and a text was received with another driver's number plate and contact phone number. The driver then arrived 10 minutes later. I was lucky I organised the pick-up for an hour prior to my original time, otherwise, I would have missed my flight check-in.

Bad Service – Called about lost item, was given driver name and number. Called and left message, no call back. Called again spoke with driver, he was extremely rude and aggressive. Would never ever use this taxi service, he is a disgrace and gives taxi drivers a bad name.

Best cab company and driver – The customer service of a driver i rarely see anymore. He was dressed properly good communication and most importantly he was on time.

Great service – This is the most reliable wheelchair access taxi service, always on time if not early for pickup, great communication to clients always message when arrived to destination.

Fragile 93 Year Old Wheelchair passenger – Wav Cabs answered the phone fast to make a Wheelchair booking. The Driver arrived on time... was very Polite and the ride was very smooth. For a Fragile person in a Wheelchair a smooth ride is most important.
