Don't buy one if you like to cook! – We needed to replace our old oven and decided to get a Westinghouse WVE616SC (Love it!). Thought while we were getting that, we would replace our cooktop as well. Spend a little bit of money and get a better brand that we had (Blanco). Should have kept that one. Decided to fry an egg for breakfast, which was the big mistake. A drop of oil landed on the cooktop and proceeded to burn a hole in the top coating. If you do not cook anything, except boil water, this cooktop is great. Looks the part. It just is not practical for everyday cooking, so not really not fit for purpose. Customer service did not want to know, the guy I spoke too, could not get me off the phone fast enough. If I knew it was so delicate, I would not have purchased it.
