If you plan to cook. DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE. This is by far the most useless stove I have ever had the misfortune to use. I had to buy a ceramic cook top stove as the area the stove was to be installed was too small for an induction. What a mistake. Any cooking in pots or pans takes forever. The ring keeps turning off, the radiant heat is a very small area even on the drawn out circle the inner circle Is only adequate for the smallest pot. The heat ring turns off with any movement including stirring a pot or a pot boiling. It is impossible to clean. The stove is okay but the cook top is just for decoration
Purchased in for $1,200.
Terrible & dangerous – This stove is terrible and dangerous plus bad service. This appliance has a mind of its own. It turns on uncommanded and has caused near misses by turning on hot plates when not at home resulting in us needing to isolate the appliance. Turns off independently and will refuse to start again. Had a technician come out, charge me a monster amount for 15min and then completely failure to complete the job. Still not resulted after 8 weeks. Disaster.
If it works it's perfect. It doesn't work! – Moved into a house with this model hob. Worked ok at first, then it just turned off after about 10 minutes and wouldnt turn back on, and just kept displaying an H. Waited about 20 minutes, then it finally turned back on again and worked properly. Next day had the same thing, but after it turned off it just kept beeping 5 times, looked in the manual and it said if this happens the on/off switched is covered. Guess what, it wasn't!
