Good little fridge! – I needed a small extra fridge for xmas guests just so I could have a few extra xmas food and drinks available so bought this on sale and its very good, cools drinks etc very quickly and have had no problems with it. stock My only irk with it is when I have it turned down low on cool it does tend to get a quick ice build up in the freezer area but it only took a few hours for a full defrost and a quick clean and everything went back into it and have had no problems since. Good size little fridge very handy for the extras.

Purchased in at Betta Home Living for $269.

A great fridge for the office – This is the second one purchased for the office, the first one worked faultlessly for 8 years until it got lost in a move and the second one purchased a few weeks ago works just as well so far. They were both super quiet, have glass shelves rather than wire ones and reasonable shelves in the door that hold bottles and smaller items don't fall out of. The main shelves are adjustable which they aren't on some brands. The freezer isn't a freezer as such for ice cream etc although it does freeze ice cubes very well. Defrosting isn't a big issue with them. Some people whinge about the temperature dial but I don't have a problem with it, how hard to work out the arrows for "colder" and "less cold"?

I would rather pay a bit more for a Westinghouse and the better energy rating.

Purchased in at Harvey Norman Retail Stores - Appliances for $299.

Solid And Reliable Bar Fridge – This bar fridge gets a solid work out as an overflow when we need extra space. It is a faultless performer and matches perfectly with its "brother" freezer the same size. Both have given us no dramas at all and I am happy we chose Westinghouse as I think the quality is a touch better than the other average bar fridges. Insides are still holding up well with no broken plastic. Never leaks or makes noise. Just quietly does its thing when needed.

Poor Poor Poor – Hi! I purchased this fridge. After 2 weeks the door shelf broke. I called Westinghouse (who is owned by Electrolux) 8 weeks later to get a replacement. They refused because I took too long reporting the problem and I didn't keep the broken shelf. Very poor warranty and service. One other thing, they initially tried to get out of replacing the part by quizzing me on how much the bottle of wine weighed that the shelf was holding. Very poor!!

Its a shame that it has come to this before your company could decide to treat your customers with 'integrity'. Don't you think?

Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. It is generally a personal choice to hold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards. In ethics, integrity is regarded by many people as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one's actions.......

I don't think this describes Westinghouse and their staff.

This is very frustrating product – I bought this bar fridge on 31/10/2015 and couple of weeks ago I found a problem in the freezer not freezing properly. I bought this specifically for the breastmilk as I have a premature baby on board, so I freeze the milk and I found some of the milk from the freezer are not frozen at all. Sadly I had to throw those milk bags, it's weird because I found just the right side of the freezer that is not frozen properly however the left side is ok.

I can't understand that, I'm so frustrated especially after throwing my baby's milk ;-(

I rang Good Guys Auburn where I bought it from, wanting to return it back and getting a better quality product however they told me to call the manufacturer which I did.

Westinghouse told me we can't change it for you unless we send you a technician to test it first, but if you want you can call the store( Good Guys) and change it for you if they are happy to.

Sadly, I called back Good Guys they refused to exchange it or refund it and even I told them I'm happy to pay extra money towards a new reliable product instead if that one.

Now I have to wait for a technician to come out to me to decide.

I will never buy anything from Westinghouse nor Good Guys ever ever again. They take my money very easily and give me so much trouble if something happen like this, putting nothing into consideration;-((
