This level of customer service is unacceptable, and the lack of transparency around charges is deeply concerning. I urge all WEX customers to check their accounts carefully—based on my experience, there may be unexplained fees or incorrect charges you’re not aware of.
I expected better from a company managing financial services. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in WEX Motorpass.
Worst customer service experience. Operator confirmed cards would be in the mail and promised to call back with tracking number. No response. Another agent stated application incomplete and went back to square one. Followed up and my calls and emails were ignored. Phoned to speak to a manager and the operator blankly refused to transfer me or provide a name and of course my call was never returned
They don't even deserve a star; they're just licensed thieves. I wonder how, in a country like Australia, a company can steal from people under various pretexts without the authorities intervening! I advise no one to use Motorpass's services.

Great until you need to activate new cards – Can't activate cards over the phone. As I'm typing this I am on hold with motorpass for 55 minutes and counting. This is my 5th call, 3 times I chose the call back service but they never returned my call. 1 time lady admitted to having loads of troubles with there system at the moment and she will get someone to call me back still waiting weeks… Read more

I would have given zero star if I could. Bad experience ever with this company, the fees for each transaction you make and the late fees if you forget to pay before the due date are ridiculously unbelievable, and their is other fees for the account, you feel that they're ripping you off. And the straw that broke the camel's back was being charged twice for the same transaction!! I'll fix that and leave.
Illegal? I want to find out – WEX fees for any late payment are unbelievable and are absolutely a RIP OFF, I have put in a complaint to trade practices as I cannot believe it is legal for them to charge what they do. Their mistakes will be up to rectify – Worst customer service. Come to find out they’ve cancelled our business account because of an admin error on their end. No warning, no transparency, no apology. Quite happily will never recommend this horrid company.
DON'T USE WEX MOTORPASS - GO ELSEWHERE – If I could give WEX Motorpass no stars I would. They have started charging a $60 late fee PLUS 5.82% of the amount owing PLUS a transaction fee on top of that. It is absolute greed. I had a bill for $294.74 and the late fee was $74.36!!! Unbelieveable. I will never use them again and as a company owner will defintely be advising other businesses away from using them.
They will try to scam your money whenever they can – Make sure you check your statement. They try to charge you 4 times the same amount of your refill. Instead of giving you enough credit. They would rather shorten your pay period to 3 days after you receive the statement. One time, I BPAYed the credit card once I had the statement. But because of Sat and Sun. All 1 ⭐️Reviews are 100% TRUE!!! – WEX Motorpass should be investigated they have zero customer service, there’s no such thing as customer retention at all. The fees if you’re even 1-2 days late, what everyone has been saying is true & correct very excessive & not flexible at all. Best to steer clear from this dodgy company.

Fees & Charges – Ive been with Wex for 8years. The first time a direct debit hasn't gone through unknown to me. They have charged me a total of $220 and suspended my card. Then have the cheek to charge me for a new card and management fee again? Customer service is very poo!! I would not recommend this company if this is how they treat someone after 8 years of never missing a payment.

Disgusting Customer service – So rude and entitled. None of the staff members at WEX know how to talk to customers at all. I have never been rude - always polite and you would expect the same. Very disappointed. I would give them no stars if that was an option
Ripped Off – Was surprised to receive an overdue notice on my last bill with an $81.06 overdue fee because they did not carry across my on going credit card authority. Worst business I’ve EVER dealt with – I’ve been a long term customer of theirs for over 5 years spending $10000-$15000 per month with them. Then one day after changing bank accounts there was a missed direct debit, so they suspended my account immediately. few days. Then when there was one other oversight with having enough money in a bank account for a direct debit 6 months later, they cancelled the account without notice. And they said I’d need to re apply to open the account again (not likely). If I treated my customers like that, I’d have no customers. Stay away, they don’t care about their customers one iota!

Paid Money Incorrectly and they will not refund – Paid almost $8k to them by mistake in April and they will not refund the money despite repeated emails - refund is "with the finance department". Had to provide information over and above what is required to prove payment was made, but they still will not process refund. Absolutely ridiculous from a large company and not a good way to treat a former customer

Very negative experience with this company. Ripped off – Motorpass changed my credit limit to a lower level during Covid period sighting possible fraud. I need Motorpass to answer my calls and Emails – I totally agree with the below reviews, are they going under? 7 emails, 6 phone calls, being left on hold for 30 mins at a time and still not getting through. Customer Service is non existent – Fuel cards are okay, costly but handy that is works most places. Customer service is literally non existent though. Looking to change, they don't answer or call you back. Most people run businesses too so don't time to sit on hold or not be called back.

Absolute Disgusting Service - Do not sign up to this company! – No communication, No service, account is always overcharged with fees. You cannot get a hold of anyone to discuss incorrect billing, therefore it goes over the due date, then of course they charge an overdue fee. Do not sign up to this company.

Terrible Non Existent Customer Service – Only had the account for a few months. I inadvertently put the wrong date on schedule BPay payment (1 day late) and slugged $70 for late payment fee. Tried on numerous occasions to call the service centre without luck, so emailed them to close the account with a notification from the website that someone would contact me. no contact so I tried to use the card only to find out that they had already cancelled the account - no email, no phone call - no contact to advise me that account was cancelled. When I first opened the account I place a call to them to enquire about discounts on the card - left a message and was called back 4 weeks later. The 7cent discount is just not worth the terrible, non-existent service from this supplier
