Waste if money and forget about warranty reassurance – Had problems right from the start. When one hotplate is in use the others that aren't in use beep and flash. After first contact under warranty with numerous videos showing what was happening a technician came out as definitely faulty to assume it had the be the motherboard, which he replaced but the issue still there. When I contacted to say it hadn't fixed the issue was told that it was apparently doing what it supposed to be doing and case closed. Now only a few months later its looking to have to replace it as its obviously faulty and problems have worsen to occasionally it shuts its turns it self off...the company doesn't want to acknowledge it. I have never had a stove top that beeps and flashes other hotplates when not in use and randomly shuts it self off..... very frustrating and disappointing customer service. Buyer beware!

Value for money – Ordering process was easy and user friend. Specifications are clearly stated and accurate. Price is comparable with other brands. Work as expected. No need to read instruction. It is easy to operate.

Not what I expected – I had this installed only 8 months ago in my new kitchen, great to start, however it has now developed a thermal crack in the glass on the biggest hob, 2 weeks before Christmas - bad timing. Check your warranties everyone, as the Good Guys said that the glass top is only covered under warranty for the first 14 days!!! The Whirlpool warranty people said that I must of dropped something on it to cause the crack which I did not. Google 'thermal cracks in ceramic cooking tops' and you will find it is very common. I'm never buying another one, The Good Guys have all of theirs on clearance now, obviously not as great as they make out to be!!
