Wiltshire Cucina Induction Non-Stick Frypan 20cm

This 20-cm Wiltshire Cucina "Non-stick" induction frypan cost me $32 and all I can say is what a waste of money! Removed the label carefully and washed it with a soft sponge and dish detergent, thinking I'd removed all of the glue. Wrong! On first use eggs stuck to a spot in the middle of the pan and I noticed a mark straight after washing it. From then on everything stuck to that area. See photos.

Contacted Wiltshire via Facebook messaging and, although slow to respond, they did send a replacement pan to me after seeking some more information from me.

The glue on the back of the label on the replacement pan was even worse! See photo. I soaked it for 24 hours and the glue would not budge! Wiltshire advised that scrubbing it with a soft cloth would remove it. Actually it took fingernails and lots of hot water to get the stuff off. Finally!

Won't be using either of these pans and am very disappointed with Wiltshire products, which I had previously thought were great quality. Customer service WAS good so thank you again, but please take a look at the glue used on these labels.
