 Follow-up 2mo · I'm happy with it. The handle is no issue, its solid with no movement, doesn't get hot and easy to hold. We use it on an induction top cooker no worries. It cooks even as far as i'm concerned. If there is any unevenness of cooking it's the cooktop itself which I noticed with other frying pans on ours we have. One side of the ring always being just a bit hotter than the other. On ours it's the left side of the larger cooking ring surface that is a bit hotter. The surface itself is even enough for my liking. There's a slight rise but not enough to be annoying like some I have had which saw the second you poured some oil in the middle of the pan it immediately run off to the sides. There's a lot more expensive ones out there than this which I don't know, may be completely 100% flat but for the money I have zero complaints right now. Even if you cook something that has a tendency to caramelise on the surface where they sit, especially if you don't move them around a little, and they leave that mark its soon gone when you move it around over it. Typical of tomato's. Anything like that I like to use a little bit of good olive oil and move it now and then. Hey I'm not trying to sell this thing, I was just asked to supply some follow up experience with it and I am definitely no cook by a long shot.
