Terrible. Waste of money. The non-stick disappears in no time.

Residue covering the coating after just 6 months – I purchased the woll Saphir lite from Victoria's Basement in late 2019. After six months or so of normal use and very careful cleaning, there's a lot of residue sticking and it is no longer a non stick pan. By comparison, my other cookware (other brands, smaller pan and pot) have outlasted it by a lot. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The perfect non stick pan – I was fed up with my current "non stick" sauté pan having food stuck to it during the cooking process. I researched and found good reviews on this pan. I am absolutely delighted with it - needs minimum oil, food slides around easily and just a wet and a wipe and its clean again. Only slightly more expensive than my previous one but worth every dollar. I would definitely recommend this pan to someone who wants a 100% non stick pan.
