I have subscribed Worldmax for last 7 years This time they asked for money I have transferred funds but never received my box. I have sent several emails phone is always on message bank no one answers I requested for refund no one is able to reach Someone should seriously take action
Worldmax tv 6pro is the worst. every time you startup it plays a long startup video which you can't cancel or press the home button -live tv never works well, keeps loading and stopping so you have to watch everything on VOD -VOD episodes dont have episode dates and number like the 5g model did -dosn't automatically play next episode like the 4g… Read more

Dosen't have the 'play next episode' option -screen saver doesn't have the time/clock option like the 4g/5G model -remote control is tiny and doesn't work well. -TV Box is too fat with a bright green and red standby light which stays on all day. No blue clock time display like the 5G model. -cant even press the power button on the remote as it just gives you 3 options to either sleep, reboot or shutdown. its anoying! just shut off! No support given. cant email as they just tell you to call them. Needs a massive update. DONT UPGRADE. STICK WITH 4G OR 5G BOX

Fraud, bought the product said no subscription – I bought this product as it was listed about two years ago and now its asking me to pay money when I called the support they said the delear gave you the wrong information. called web.archive.org, this is the archive link for worldmax http://web.archive.org/web/20180411100821/https://www.worldmaxtv.com/, and I found a video in youtube on the archive homepage which the have removed from the website and still unlisted, you are lucky if they don't remove the video. I have taken the screenshot from the video which say NOSUBSCRIPTION NO YEARLY FEE.
This is fraud company. DONOT BUY THE BOX or else you will be boxed.

this and then they apologised asking to send the box again. A replacement finally sent and full of scratches and dents and still laden with issues. The claim of 24/7 support is false, it will go to voicemail and someone will call hours later.
3.5 months later and still no resolution out $289 for the box and $30 in postage. Now going to seek resolution through Fair Trading. Sad to see this company taking advantage of the Indian community and pocketing the money spent.

My experience with Worldmax TV Pro 6 – I am not sure what other people are using. I got my Worldmax TV 6 pro box yesterday in Sydney. It works absolutely fine. It is an internet TV and there might be minor buffering issues for some channels but it is absolutely fine when the contents are huge and you can select from 100s of channels and plenty of web contents like series, movies etc. Show details
Worldmax is best for entertainment – I really like worldmax box and I bought 2 worldmax box and I really enjoy watching so many channels and save money for every months bills and if you miss your favourite programs you can watch later I just want to request soccer events please Show details
This box is great to watch but on top of it is the awesome customer service – I spoke to Vickram Krishna the other day and this guy helped me resolving an issue quickly with great product knowledge. Well done mate, I’ll surely recommend this company And brand!

Horrible customer service. Just bought the new box. They sent it to the wrong address so now its sitting in limbo as Aus post. Have emailed and called worldmax several times and absolute no reply. They were somewhat responsive before but recently just no customer service at all.

Seems like a scam,paid the annual renewal subscription and got an order number but no subscription code. When contacted That’s after one week ,was asked to pay another fee as that fee went to the third party. Threw the box in the bin,never trust Indian channel Show details

Very poor customer services, when we call them, no one is there to pick up our call at first instant, always we have to leave voice message with our contact number. Sometimes they call but not most of the time. Earlier they replied in emails but now they do not even reply to emails, hopeless, awful and helpless customer support. I hope that they might reply to my email after reading this ratings.
I bought thii box 3 weeks ago. It hangs up everytime. They call it 24/7 service avaialble but nody picks up the phone. I have been leaving the messges for the last 2 weeks, nobody is returning a call. Dont buy this crap. All the positive reviews seem to be from the company itself. Your staff is so unprofessional. I asked for a phone call. I received it after 3 days. Explained my issue, I was given a solution but the line was so unclear. I simply asked what if it doesn't work, do I have to wait for another 3 days for a callback?? And then the staff hung up on me. I'm switching now. After being a customer for 6 years, this is how you treat them!! Disgusting Your box fails to connect!! Worst you can have. Time to switch!

Customer service is worst. My remote broke 3 weeks ago .I called them50 times to ask for right remote. NObody answer and I bought remote from there website that's not working on my box.i I send them emails to check where I can get new remote and change still no reply . Please don't buy anything from there website
I am regretting that I bought this before reading reviews- video freezes- every now then gets disconnected from internet. Support is for temporary is also horrible. The problem is so frequent that I have close the program and watch Netflix or ytube instead. Show details

Worst experience – Waste of money, never recommend to anyone, I purchased this box 2019 for $289, it was good but after upgrading this year it's not working. According to them 24/7 customer support, but it's not true. I asked for refund now they stop responding my emails.
