Useless Doesn’t pick up have the movement and had massive lags and delays Lasted until warranty and then they ask me to video the entire process/issues and then say it’s out of warranty. Stay away, buy something a lot better Show details

Avoid. The lens plastic om my smart doorbell has gone opaque after 13 months. Despite being one month out of warranty, no offer of repair or replacement. Choose a better brand!
Terrible device. I never leave bad reviews until now. I had issues with this doorbell from the beginning. Every 2 months I have to remove the device and reset it. I never knew when it was working or not, when people came to my door the motion and or bell didn't work. I had 2 units and they both failed. They also discontinue the updates forcing you… Read more
to buy a new model. Support wasn't helpful, in fact they thought I left a bad Amazon review and were trying to bribe me to replace my units for free, when I told them it wasn't my review they ghosted me and would no longer reply to my emails. Really disappointing product and company. I bought the Eufy doorbell which has free memory and no subscription and I love it so far. I will never buy another Wuuk device.
Absolute rubbish sorry to say that – I spent a lot of money and nothing worked their support was woeful - I only wrote this now coz I came across the device in the corner of the room - getting ready to throw it out now Show details
Wuuk doorbell is a piece of junk – I paid something like $100 to crowd-fund the Wuuk doorbell program and waited well over a year for delivery. The camera gives a brilliant picture of who's at the front door, but that's the end of it. By the time you get the rings and you muck around getting the app going, the caller is long, long gone. If, in testing mode, you have someone ring… Read more
and wait outside, the delay in trying to use the audio renders the whole thing a farse. The app is impossible to understand and is a woeful piece of software. [I have been a computer engineer and software developer all of my working life. Now I'm 85 and long retired.] Don't waste your money. Please note, this seems to be the second time I wrote a review on this product. I told you I was getting old!
An absolute disgrace that does not connect – I was one of supporters of this startup project, hoping they'll provide a better service than early version of Ring Doorbell. To be honest, the hardware they came up with was top notch video quality. I was able to connect the doorbell and chime to start with. Later versions of software eliminated the manual deleting hassle, but than suddenly lost… Read more
connection to the chime, created a lag to connect to the phone and on top of it I could no longer answer the door through the doorbell. It kept ringing my phone only, no connection to the chime and there was absolutely no way of stopping the ringing or to answer the person at the front. My phone is a late model Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G mobile. I have contacted the company on numerous occasion to no avail. This product does not work on my phone. I will finally throw it into the garbage bin. I'm seriously looking for a new model of Ring 4 smart doorbell. But this time, with the condition that it must work with my phone and connect without hassles.
Perfect junk – This is perfect as a door-stopper. Or a table balancer. Or something to hold the lid of your trashcan open. And then drop it inside. This is the most disgusting piece of junk ever. I was one of the very first backers that received their unit. Pairing the chime with the doorbell was a real challenge. It took me like... 4 hours of testing to… Read more
finally be able to make it pair ONCE. Then I emailed support telling them that the response is dreadful.
Even if you manage to set it up, it will take maybe 1 minute or more to notify you when someone rings the bell. Of course, by the time you get notified, that someone is well gone. But even if they insist and wait for you to take your time and respond to the bell knock, then you go "Hello?" which will be played on the doorbell after another minute. At best.
And that's if it would work. Because in my case, whenever I tried to talk and respond to the doorbell, the sound doesn't go through and it will just mute no matter what I do. The support's response was -at first- "give us some time, we will get back to you". That was 3 months ago.
Now they chose to ignore me (or they took the money and went on holidays most probably). So if you want a brick sitting on your desk for ever, go ahead and buy it. I regret every penny I spent on this scam.
Disappointing – Very aggravating product. It records one day and not the next. Constantly rebooting. First one arrived damaged and returned it and got a new one and should not have Do not recommend Show details
Garbage, and not just the product – We backed this product via Indiegogo and waited a very long time to receive it (not a great start). I was super pleased as the setup was pretty easy, followed the optimisation instructions for battery life and we were great until a week later the device showed low battery. I charged the device and again within a week it was low battery. They… Read more
claimed 6 months battery life, I can only assume this is if you turn it off every night or don't use it.
The next issue came from the build quality. We charged using the provided cable, but noticed after a couple of months of weekly charging, the charge port was becoming loose. This progressed to having to wiggle the cable to charge correctly to eventually not charging at all, within 4 months the device was dead.
The next issue is customer service. I informed WUUK of the issues I had with my device and eventually they responded by Facebook, requested some images and offered to replace the device. That was 2 months ago, I still have no replacement. I was told they will chase the logistics team and I would get a tracking code, which never came. I was then told it should be delivered 'this Saturday' (16th Jan 2021), never came.
This company is an absolute joke. They have managed to get money from people on a crowd fund campaign for a company that is a shambles and a product not suitable for market.
I've now replaced my WUUK doorbell with a more expensive competitor, it's great. Everything they claim is true and the quality is much better.
This doorbell dies after under 90% charge. Have to take off and recharge every two days. Terrible!!! – This product is not a top 5 or even top 10 product. The set up is difficult and the charge doesn’t last more than 2 days. Terrible product and it doesn’t help that there’s no business number to call for assistance. Show details
DO NOT BUY! – Took me almost a year to get this product as it was purchased via Indiegogo. Their marketing material claims the battery has a six month charge. I haven't been able to get more than a week before needing to take the unit from the wall and charge it. I have looked at the WUUK website and followed all their tips on modifying the settings to save… Read more
on battery life and still there was no saving. The product loses its stars in my review primarily on this factor as having to charge this unit 52 times a year as opposed to the advertised 2 times is a big deal.
The sensitivity is high. Our front door is 10 metres from the road and the camera will pick up cars driving by and send us notifications. I have changed the settings to its lowest level, will still get notifications when someone walks by on the footpath so had to change the notifications to our phone.
The fact that you can have your phone ring when someone presses the doorbell is a nice feature. You can be away from home and your phone will ring. There is an annoying delay though between when you talk into the phone and when the person at the door speaks.
We did not have issues pairing the unit, the firmware update though had to go through several attempts.
Considering what was advertised and what we received, this product was not worth the wait at all.
Battery is hopeless – The Wuuk doorbell could be a great product if: 1) It was easier to get it connected with the receiver the first time (note: After you receive it the information will tell you that it will not work with a 5g system. 2) The battery charge is supposed to last for 6 months. It will typically last less than a week. While it is recharging the plug in… Read more
chime will randomly say, "System Ready" throughout the day and night. This is often how you will also know the battery is discharged on the actual doorbell.
DO NOT BUY!! Product is useless – Worst company ever and customer service are useless and very rude. I have been requesting a refund for a long time – I have waited nearly a year to get the product and it’s completely useless – crashes all the time, app is not up to standard. I have brought this product through Indiegogo. Please see below website its genuine feedback/comments… Read more

Know better, choose better.
Performs well – In use for several months, and haven’t found any notable issues. I’ve used an existing doorbell Power Supply, so no recharging needed. Slight delay from button push to App notification, but not a real drawback. Speaker response is acceptable, and intelligble. Of many tech devices, WUUK came with probably the best step by step get up and going instructions I’ve encountered. Show details
Does not connect, expensive paperweight! – This device cannot connect to our internet, we have multiple devices that can. Therefore it cannot be set up. So all it’s good for is, well, nothing! Do not buy this product. Show details
Save your money and buy one that lasts on battery beyond 8 days with minimal activations – I ordered this based on their stated 8 month battery life and I am very lucky to have it last 8 days on a full charge. I have it set to minimal range, activate for human only and have at best 4 activations as we are in the outer/country area of a city and it needs charging every few days to a maximum of 8 which I did a little jig at! They have now… Read more
said on a different person's Facebook question that it may not even hold charge when permanently wired in if there are too many activations but what is too many, 1 per day? I am awaiting an answer from them but as they pick and choose what question they post to Facebook and just delete anything that highlights the poor battery life I will not be holding my breath. Spend your money on a proven one that may cost more than this one as it will still be being used many years after this one is thrown in the bin espectially as it is heading there soon and I have ony had it 3 months.
Does not live up to the hype – I waited 6 months to receive this product which was an Indiegogo crowd funding project. Check out the description and features on the website. It cost around A$160 which is a lot cheaper than competitor products which have been available via retail for some time. I was very disappointed with this product because: - there is quite a lag between… Read more
the time someone has pressed the doorbell or stood in front of it and the time your phone receives the push notification. By the time you see the popup on the phone, the caller has gone. - the plugin doorbell ringer volume cannot be adjusted louder so that it can be heard upstairs; - the audio on the outside doorbell unit is scratchy and muffled; - there is basically no warranty or refund as it was purchased online and shipped from overseas; - facial recognition feature does not do anything apart from allowing you to save a name to someone who has stood in front of the doorbell previously; - customer support is not very fast to respond and do not answer the questions.
Spend the extra bucks and buy a decent doorbell which delivers on the hype. This one, unfortunately, does not. Beware buying gimmicky gadgets through crowd funding sites.
