Works well for me – I haven't had any problems with the grout cleaner, I really got a shock when I read some of the reviews. I also use the mould cleaner which works fantastic in my shower. grout is a light beige and I have a very very large area and we don't take our shoes off and I do a lot of gardening, so my tiles and grout take a beating with traffic. I am very happy with it, but I feel apprehensive about ordering any more after other clients have had problems with getting it.
Waste of time and money – I bought this product and the grout cleaner about a year ago. Tried it once after it arrived, it didn't have any noticeable effect. Fantastic! – I use it all the time for any mould I find and it always works for me. I use it around the base of taps too.

This stuff def works well – I have used this several times on showers bays and around sinks in several apartments and if you follow the directions, you get good results. no terrible smell. no more mould. refund and blocked me on Insta and Facebook as I posted warnings about how they operate. There will be lots of people in NZ also wondering if they will ever receive product.
Very confused – I’m so confused with all these negative reviews haha we had mould and I bought this as a last ditch effort before having to re seal the silicone. after the second application it’s all gone. I don’t usually spend that kind of money on cleaning products but I’ve used 1/3 of the bottle so I have a few more applications if the problem arises again. I also didn’t really notice a smell? Maybe I got lucky??

just ignored it (did receive an email saying they would look into it but stopped responding after that). We find the products are not as effective as what they promote on socials & their website. Not worth your time and money.

BEWARE! – THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK! Tried it in my shower twice, for 12 hours each time and it makes no difference to the mould at all. It does NOT penetrate silicone to remove mould. What a waste of $50!
DOES NOT WORK – I used this product and followed all the instructions perfectly and it just does not work and it has a strong smell. It is hopeless. I have tried to contact the supplier and they do not reply. I wish I never saw their ad. Show details

20/12, express delivery. I was already under the misapprehension that my parcel was well on its way at this stage. But no tracking was provided. Then on 2nd January I was told it wasn’t able to be dispatched before Xmas but would leave on 3/1! I was then offered a refund but refused as I’d waited so long at this stage and I really wanted the products. I received a tracking no on 19/1!!! The day it was delivered. Then came the products.. the packaging was really scuffed and bent and inside one product had completely leaked. I asked for a replacement. Then came so many excuses (that they needed to address the grout cleaner issues expanding in transit, etc). So disappointing as this was the one product I wanted the most. Anyway I was lucky enough to get the promised refund on that product. Though I’ll never know if I missed out or not??? And I’ll never EVER be ordering again. No products can be worth this amount of angst.
Worse service & product damage – Worst service ever. Ordered my grout on 11/11/21. Did not recieve for 3wks. The product was damaged. And they decided to be irresponsive to emails from 12/01/22. Paid for products I cant even use, and they have not responded to replace the damage products. Just ignored and blocked 2 emails of the 3 which I could send without a bounce back.

missing, and the other two had no lids and no contents. The packaging cardboard contained in the repaired satchel was wet and disintegrating.
Initially a refund was offered, but I asked for the products to be replaced. After a week I was unable to contact the company as their mailbox was full. I have now asked for a refund via PayPal.
This company is a rip off stay clear – My experience was very much the same as TAC89... ordered 10th Dec, received email that product was dispatched to Fedex, but was not. After contacting customer services, they made promises of various delivery dates which never happened! Eventually delivered on 25 Jan. One empty bottle as the lid was not on and a satchel which was nearly empty. I have requested a full refund, have not had a reply as yet. very disappointed in the company. Show details

Horrible experience – Paid for item in November (17-11-2021) and just got the item today (25-01-2022). They didn’t bother sending it until January so they did nothing in the whole of December. When I received the package, it was ruined because some smart person didn’t even bother screwing the top of one of the bottle correctly. Refer to pictures. Don’t bother! Worst online experience ever. 9/12/21 - Promised delivery on the 13th of December. Customer service blamed "mechanical issues on the Trans-Tasman FedEx Plane" for lack of delivery prior to this date (which on reflection looks like a lie.) Told my order would be upgraded to FedEx for the inconvenience.
14/12/21 - Received an email asking for product reviews. I emailed back stating I wouldn't be doing a review on products I still hadn't received.
22/12/21 - Received an apology email, stating my order would be dispatched on the 24th of December and would be upgraded to FedEx for the inconvenience.
30/12/21 - Received an email stating that the order would be delivered on 3/01/21 because "We had a large influx of orders in December." (Obviously, I wasn't happy with this statement because I had ordered back in November.) I was asked if I wanted to refund my order, which I declined as I wanted the actual products. I did mention as a sign of goodwill to perhaps add an additional product for free. This suggestion was forwarded to their dispatch department.
5/01/21 - Received an email stating they had done a refund. I emailed back stating that I didn't want a refund. Their response "Apologies but the refund was processed for your order." (You don't say.)
So as much as I'd have liked to review their actual products, the only thing I can review is their customer service, which stinks!
The company appears to have lied about the reasons for the delay. Promised multiple new delivery dates which they did not deliver on. Prioritised December orders over November orders and in the end put my order in the "too hard basket" and refunded my order, despite the fact I declined a refund.
This is my first time dealing with this company and they have sullied their own name.
Crap delivery still wating – ordered 3 weeks ago. Started with excuses now don't answer. Still no delivery and says shipped but FedEx have not received product only shipping details. Company are blaming FedEx for non delivery Show details
Compared with scrubbing alone, did nothing – So we scrubbed our shower carefully using just a brush, no products. Some staining was left so we thought we'd give this stuff a try. Applied as per directions for ten minutes, scrubbed again. There is no visible difference to the before. No stains were removed.
