Hi Leanne, Thanks for reaching out. Once you've chosen a subscription, generated the card and entered the card details in the payment section of the chosen site, your recurring subscription payments will be linked to your Zip account.

Unfortunately, we do not consolidate Zip accounts.

You will need to cancel the order directly with the merchant and then you are able to place the order on the correct account.

Hi Zach, When I click on the link you sent me it takes me to sign in page where I type my email and password, but it gives me a message - email address/password combination is incorrect. Can you please let me know what I can do to get Zip Money loan being on DSP? Maybe you can send me another link that will work? I would really appreciate it!

Hi Mick, Thank you for reaching out! The interest rate is 23.9% per annum on all credit limits with Zip Money. All orders made using a Zip Money account start with a standard 3 months interest free period, unless offered longer by a partnered merchant.

I would ring zip pay and give them the right number

Delete the single use card and generate a new one also go into your profile and make sure your phone number is correct and also make sure the code is not going to the email instead cheers hope it helps

Yes you can do your grocery shopping at coles and Woolworth and any other stores if you have a card in your wallet on your phone

Hi Monique, Thanks for reaching out! When applying for Zip Money, if your bank is not listed in the application, you will need to upload a PDF copy of your most recent 3 months of bank statements. Please provide a statement from your regular transaction account on the application form.

Zip is required to retain customer-provided transaction documentation for seven (7) years after the giving of the documentation, pursuant to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.

With this in mind, I can assure you that Zip does not have access, nor monitors your personal banking transactions. If you have noticed an unexpected payment has been processed, please reach out so we can investigate further.

Well how do you explain that, at 8.30pm, 3 minutes after $17 was deposited in my account, ZipPay tried to make a direct debit of $17? There is no way that is a coincidence. Why would such a random amount be debited and at 8.30pm at night?
