Don’t buy their scissors. Bought scissors months ago. Wrote a good review. Bought 2 more for friends. My scissors have broken into 3 parts. Impossible to contact them or to use.
Follow-up · Fault was just came apart suddenly when went to use. Tried contacting 3 times. No reply. Says ‘made in Germany’ don’t believe this is true. Poor quality if the fell apart after few months with little use.
Purchased in .
Wanted a sturdy pair of small nail scissors. I know that much cheaper products are available from Asia and that these only last a short period of time. German technology is sturdy and reliable.
Follow-up · These nail scissors are the bomb. Sturdy and well made. Look forward to using them for years to come.
Purchased in for $17.

VERY POOR QUALITY, EXTREMELY OVERPRICED – Frankly, I feel seriously conned. Turns out these expensive overpriced ZOHL scissors are very poor quality. The ZOHL scissors I purchased replaced cheap Chinese-made scissors that typically last me 5+ years, but my $50 ZOHL scissors lasted about 9 months with modest use before the pin became so loose and sloppy that they wouldn't cut properly. ZOHL is an Australian brand owned by local Australian retailer German Manicure Sets. Despite extensively bragging that their ZOHL scissors are premium quality, made in Germany, that will last a life-time, the company went out of their way to deny a completely valid faulty product claim. Instead of doing the right thing, they claimed their premium German made products are only covered by a "30 DAY satisfaction guarantee". The contradiction between claiming your product will last a lifetime and then hiding behind 30 days is deceptive and alarming. It speaks volumes about the true quality of the ZOHL brand. It also gives you a good idea of the ethical and accountability standards of German Manicure Sets. Frankly, it's appalling, unacceptable and shameful. So take my advice and avoid the brand ZOHL. Cheap Chinese made scissors at your local chemist are definitely superior and for a fraction of the price.
