PYC Leg Magic

WOW amazing – I was one of those people that sat on the couch and said "whatever that wouldn't work". So when I found one for $20, I though why not. I've been doing everyday...the first day I could only do ten. Now I'm doing a full minute every morning and night for a two months, after having 4 children I can say thank you. Show details
It is ok – 5 stars. When I first used it it squeezed my legs tight and I thought it was not going to stop which surprised me a bit, however I think it was checking for my leg shape and size. After this upon using it is wonderful. I used it when my feet were tired and sore and it helped a lot! I have a long foot so the top part of my foot/toes it didn’t… Read more
massage. It massages 2/3 of the top of the foot. I seemed to have a bit of trouble keeping my legs pressed up against the back of it. It is weighty. It would have been good if it came with a cover to keep the dust away from it when not in use. Sometimes the rollers hit the boney part of the foot which isn’t so good, but I’m learning it’s a matter of how you position your feet in it. It is also quite big so you need the room to store it away when not in use. So far I am really happy with it all up. No communication with seller needed.
Excellent little piece of equipment – I had this for a few years just lying around, still in its box, but when I got serious about losing weight and getting fit I found the 'Just 13 mins a day' irresistible! The instructor is great, very motivational and encouraging even if you are not fit to start with. She gives several options for those who are unused to exercise, especially of… Read more

Music in background is not irritating, it is easy to start and really does work outer and inner thighs like nothing else can, particularly in such a short space of time. There is sufficient abs added and other floor work for butt and push-ups for arms. I add a 10 min arm workout on top of this and feel like my whole body is thus covered. Maybe add skipping with a rope to increase cardio if you feel it is necessary.
During the squats and stationary lunges, I have a weighted bar (or barbell) on my shoulders now to increase the workout and use hand weights or light dumbbells in the very last 60 sec part to increase arm & shoulder work.
This is months after starting using it so I'm obviously more fit now, but it was easy to learn at the start, even though it is a gruelling workout for the 13 mins. Instructor pushes you to change every 1 min and really gets you to do the max. My 16 yr old daughter puffs that 'She's crazy' when she gets to the push ups (and she's a track athlete)! That said, you can easily do less and build up to the full workout when unfit or starting out.
Obviously, I only do this once or twice a week and alternate with many other at-home DVD workouts to keep it non-boring. Still my go-to workout DVD (with the Shake Weight and a skipping rope) if I only have 20-30 mins and don't want to think about difficult moves. Can have TV on in foreground and still do the leg magic, making it ideal for a quick-fix. Easy to learn, can watch TV whilst doing it (after learning moves), only takes 15 min to feel like you've done a real workout.
OK – again, a very good, quick workout that you can manage to fit into a busy lifestyle but fast becomes boring....i know that i prefer the motivation and the variety that the gym brings and the fresh, sea air when walking nearby where i live...i personally never should have bought it for these reasons..... very good quick workout - particularly if you… Read more
don't have a lot of time to factor in exercise into a busy day/ good to do in the early morning before going to work or that period of time between getting home late from work and dinner... whilst it folded up well, it didn't seem very sturdy....i was always worried that it would close up on me as i used it...because there is only one dvd or routine to follow, it becomes manotonous and repetitive - hence boring. i eventually stopped using it then took it to the trash as in the end, gym machines at home are not something that i respond well to.
Good – Considering the low investment of the product, it offers good value for money and is a very good work out on your legs, buttom and particularly inner thighs. The DVD also focuses on ab work outs. This is a very hard work out and a good DVD work out program, which makes this reasonable value for money. I purchased this product on special for $50… Read more
from Target. It folds up neatly and therefore can be stored out of site in room or under bed. The excercise does become very monotonous and therefore can become a fad that doesn't come out again. This is generally overcome by the dvd, which is a very hard work out. But like anything, once you've done it a few times.
When folded together in the upright packing position it's not that strong and can collapse back down to the ground.
Excellent – My husband brought me a leg magic they are brilliant very hard to get use to if out of shape but grate. the grips on the handles make it more confortable to hold onto it is a very sturdy little compact machine it fits anywhere it all folds up so it isnt some big machine that takes up half the room. it comes with a 13 minute work out dvd and a… Read more
dietry booklet i would recomend that if you are big in the top of legs like me it is a grate machine.
nothing part for the pain
Good – Overall its a good little companct machine and would recommend it for people who dont have alot of room to spare for exercise equipment. Its easy to use while watching tv and doesnt take up all the room, quiet so that other people dont get frustrated or annoyed, which I have found when I use my treadmmill. So all in all a great idea. really feel your muscles working! Its a good little compact machine that does work. I liked using it, but have now moved on to a bike etc. Takes a while to get used to. Isnt the easiest of excercise machines to learnt to use. Can get repetative and boring.
