contacted them and asked for replacements. We have been fobbed off from the first contact and now the website is dead, no social media, phone numbers disconnected and not answering emails so no way to seek redress. Dont buy these pans, they are a giant ripoff.

Lied too!! – bought these pots and pans through costco through the sales rep - i was told their products were made from titanium through and through with no garbage endocrine disrupting non stick surface - well, guess what the non stick surface peeled off after 2yrs of use and the dirty grey colour of the bottom outside of the pan made me question the titanium… Read more

part - well ran into another sales person at costco showing these pans and he said they weren't even made in germany and they were made with aluminum and yes, they have the endocrine disrupting coating. we paid over a 1000.- for our pots and pans. i will never buy these again and quite frankly i'm sick of these companies taking advantage of people and siting "its our policy" to get out of making things right for the customer - gone are the days of the customer is alway right!

I Like it! – I'm definitely not an expert in cookware, and I'm sure Teflon doesn't last forever. I think the Pan did a great job over approx 5 years. It was not performing as well as it did when new, i had it recoated be an industrial re-coating company, approx $30. The original coating was far superior. Still looks great. Non stick is incredible – this product is the best I have ever used, and I've used many of them. the non stick is world class and the removable handle is the bees knees. the heat distributions is as good as it gets and the the Diamond surface is really is really tough. I love mine so much I bought a 2nd !!! – I love mine so much I bought a 2nd (deeper) & now I’m on the hunt for a 3rd Titanium one. I dont fuss with mine at all I cook over 8 mins all the time ( family of 5 adults) so fast to cook, easy to clean & hasn’t bowed in 2 yrs. Don't buy – I purchased this from a show and within 12 months the coating bubbled and came away, it was replaced under warranty but the second has had the same thing happen. Very disappointing as it was very expensive at $250.00

Think twice before you buy – Do yourself a very big favour - think twice before You buy Woll Titanium Cookware. I purchased I x large frying pan and within 5 years the surface lost its non stick and deteriorated in parts. I contacted the store who told me the warranty for the surface is 3 years. Do not buy!!! – I purchased a Woll pan at an Expo and the pan could not even render bacon without damaging itself. I contacted customer service for assistance and they simply turned me down doing a full diagnosis using a picture I sent them and saying they cant help me after paying $230 for a fry pan!!!! I have done wrong. My stainless steel pan works better than this pan. EVERYTHING sticks on this pan now. AVOID avoid avoid. do not buy at all. you would expect such an expensive pan to last a life time.

Beware Lid explodes – I've been using the 28cm pan with safety lid for about 2 years and tonight while cooking the lid exploded sending glass fragments all over my kitchen. the pan iteself is fine although not a stick free as it first was and l only ever wipe with water and a soft sponge. Show details

Huge waste of money – Beautiful looking apparently well made and very expensive frying pans. Worked brilliantly for about 12 months then the non stick surface failed despite following the care instructions. Would never buy again.

Higly overrated product – highly priced pans but coating the non stick didn't last for more than 2.5 years. Did go as per instructions. money which sadly I cannot say about WOLL pan. I have offered to send pan back for further investigation with them and they are just not interested. If you are looking for a new frying pan can I recommend the cheaper version Tramontina, WOLL’s quality and after sale customer service is not what I expected when I handed over my money, very disappointed and will never purchase again, so don’t be fooled by the sales pitch!

Very disppointed – Bought Woll 24'' Diamond Plus pan 4-5 years ago, had a couple of burnt food on HIGH incidences so accepted that the disappearance of the Non-stick was my fault. after 2 years; and I am a single person household and am away for 6 months of the year. Ever optimistic, I bought a Titanium NOWO 20'' pan this year in Germany, shipped it back with other stuff, and only use it for eggs! The weight is good, the detachable handles are great, the shape is good, and the base is very strong and does not bow; in my opinion though, the handle of the lid does heat up too much in the oven, however my expectations may be un-realistic on that count. BUT, as has been commented elsewhere, there is a real problem with the non-stick surface. There is something wrong when a product at this high end price cannot fulfill its performance promise. I will not be buying anymore. WOLL, please look into your technology or your application process please!

Mislead with 25 year guarantee – Like ranpam1 I was lead to believe that the pans have a 25 year warranty. My pan started sticking after about four years of use with maybe being used once a week. body after the coating starts sticking! Also, the lid got cloudy and they said that that is not part of the body, that too was only covered for three years. Their excuse was that I did not use the suggested oil and I must have had the heat on too high; which I did not as the oil spits all over the kitchen if one has it on high. I should have read the very, very fine print at the back of the information booklet first!

I gave one star for the removable handle.

Expensive and does not live up to the sales pitch. The pan is where it belongs; land fill.

So much for German engineering!

provided at the time of purchase had no usage parameters that needed to be adhered to. So after parting with $250 and a supposedly superior pan with a 25 year guarantee we thought our frying issues were over. How wrong we were. I saw the Show TV stand at the Adelaide Royal Show and asked them why this frying pan promoted so heavily as so superior has turned out to be Anything but non stick. They said to send in pictures as " it never happens". Right??? So I dutifully sent in pictures along with the documentation provided at the time of sale. And sure enough they are playing the user misuse card. It appears now their documentation has been changed to have a multitude of conditions if you use oil with cooking and naturally they said "too bad to sad, and basically bad luck. Now I am going down the Fair Trading route who can't see why an expensive pan such as this wouldn't attract a refund or replacement. So my advice is don't waste your money on a Woll. They won't honor poor performance and will do everything to get out of any obligations. Spend $30 at Woolies or IKEA and you will get one that perform better. And naturally you can buy close to 10 of these before you reach the cost of the Woll.

Non stick at the beginning, then very stick – Purchased over one year. Used regularly for 2 people. You only expect non stick for one year maximum. Then will turn to a stick pan amassingly. Not worth it. Will not buy again.  Show details

I have my woll for more then 25 and I never have problem but I make big every 6 mon thé with biologi – I have those pan for Moore of 25 years and I dont regret my purchase.I never put fat and I make big cleaning every 6 month like propose Woll, and my panne still non stock.  Show details

Extreme Disappointment – Initially great was told would last 25 years thought at the time worthwhile paying $200 for a pan if it performed as promised. Initially good however doesn't stand up to regular use – Our Woll frypan was initially amazing - a good size for family cooking, a non-stick surface, and the glass lid was useful. However with regular use (average 10 days per fortnight), the non-stick surface quickly deteriorated and the exterior also showed a lot of wear. Although I need to buy new pans again to use on my new induction cooktop, I won't be buying a Woll based on this experience.  Show details

Initially Awesome - 9 months later TERRIBLE! – LONG TERM > NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL! We purchased the complete set as we were thrilled with the performance initially. and so meals are being made several times throughout the day. These things were getting used CONSTANTLY.

We followed all instructions out of the box, and cleaned them as was recommended.

When we started having problems with food sticking, we contacted the rep in our area and followed the companies recommendations to bring them back to 'Normal' - we thought maybe we were not cleaning the properly or something. We considered that we may of over-temped them, thus reducing the performance of the pans (one maybe, by one of the kids when we were not looking - but not all of them!).

In the end, it almost appeared as if there was the slightest of residues left on the pans which would NOT come off, and everyone was back to "Spraying" the pans to keep food from sticking. Well what's the point of that?!

Ultimately, we could not solve the sticking problem for the long term (and I don't consider 9 months long). And so we returned the entire set. Purchased at Costco, and so they had no problem taking them back. I don't know if you'd have as much luck elsewhere with the return after 9 months.

The bottom line, don't do it. We could not get the phenomenal non-stick performance to last more than a handful of months.

Don't waste your money – Great pan for the first 6-8 months, then it lasts as well as a cheap supermarket pan. They hide behind the 'cooking instructions' detailed in the brochure as a way to avoid warranty issues. i.e. you must cook with the correct type of oil (and these are too numerous to mention but olive oil is mostly unsuitable), you need to heat the pan for 10… Read more

mins to a certain temperature, then reduce the heat and cook for no longer than another 10 minutes, etc, etc, the pan will apparently last. Too onerous a criteria for most busy households to adhere to so your warranty is useless. My advice, buy a cheap supermarket pan and replace it every 8-12 months. You can buy 12 cheaper frypans for every Woll pan and the non-stick benefits last the same time! They do a lot of selling at weekend shows - this means people buy without having the time to read reviews.
