i bought 12th dec 25 2 hydronizers for xmas gifts, nothing so contact again.josh chimed in 8 days later saying will look at it.nothing so contact again,katie chimed in 3 jan 26. still had not recieved items. i wanted refund but would not.gave store credit. items turned up 10 jan 26. i decided to buy bench top unit to use store credit and paid difference. when it arrived it was an ionizer not hydronizer so said want to return, packed every thing up and returned,they acknowledged receipt back and would refund. it is now 3 april 26 some 4 months and ive emailed dozens of times but they just ignore. got legal advise and intend to go to cbos and complain. last thing they did was send 2 emails saying refunded for both purchases and take up to 10 days to process, that times well up and sfa from HolyH20 aj josh katie you all are liars and cheats. discusting and all deliberate.BE WARNED THIS [Content Removed]
Follow-up · HolyH2O i am still waiting for refund promised. visa advise me time has run out to get funds because holyh20 stalled deliberately to achieve this. they are thieves,liars and should be closed down. be warned aj owner josh and katie are complisid in this discusting behaviour. do not buy from HolyH2O i have been robbed of $285 and as a pensioner it hurts.
Follow-up · i never got my refund, HolyH20 deliberately lied and stalled refund untill time limit ran out. nearly $300 lost to these lying cheating [Content Removed]. discusting behaviour yet they are still there robbing people. do not buy any thing from HolyH20. so upset as a pensioner the loss of refund due has hurt me greatly.

katie, you sent me an email promising refund for items returned, you acknowledged you reiecved them back. so refund was due. BUT never happened. so im due the $190.38 i paid. you say you reviewed but refund never recieved. you draged this out untill my bank said can do no more as time limit expired. you did this deliberately so didnt have to refund. your liars cheats and robbers, discusting. REFUND MY FUNDS. ill keep this up until i die unless you refund.
