Not even a minute after clicking "request a quote" on their website at 9.30pm, he sent me a text message informing me he'll take the job but that he can't call until 8.30am the next day as he was with family. He called me right on time the next day to discuss what I needed done and kindly explained to me what certain services listed on the website meant, making sure I understood what each entailed as I don't know anything about cars. I had someone vomit in the back passenger seat a month ago, and despite my best efforts to clean it, the smell lingered.

He showed up on time the next day and I was immediately struck with his professionalism: smile on his face, kind voice, friendly demeanour, and an eagerness to get the job done! Two-and-a-half hours later, my car was looking almost as new as when I first bought it five years ago. Before going, he briefed me about the usual do's and don't's to keep the tip-top results: have the car doors open to let the seats dry, air dry the carpets before placing them back in the car, and running the demister to counter humidity and condensation the next time I turn the car on. Overall, fantastic results! Most importantly for me, the rancid stench that smelled like a rat died in a shoe was gone!
