Guided and supported during a very tough time – Hank and his team made a very difficult situation tolerable and in time, turned turbulent waters calm. Hank showed genuine concern for our situation and for us personally and his staff exude professionalism and care. Their depth of experience is mixed with understanding of contemporary issues and there was never a time where I felt judged or even remotely maligned.
