I still haven’t received any updates. I’ve tried calling but only reach the central number, and they have no information other than saying they’ll ask the branch to call me back—which never happens. I’m going camping this weekend where the temperature is expected to reach 40 degrees, so I urgently need an update on my order but expect that won't be coming anytime soon.
