does not self inflate to 100mm thickness, simply a piece of very soft foam wrapped in cheap plastic, no matter what you do, you will still touch the floor (I weigh 80kgs). Being fair, I thought I'd call the store to ask if I can return (the unused product) and upgrade to the more expensive mattress, I still had the original box receipts (this mattress was only a few hours out of the box). To my dismay, the lady on the phone bluntly put it - "No you cannot return it as you have opened the box", I pleaded that I don't want a refund just simply to upgrade to the more expensive mattress, still NO.

Policy clearly states Only items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition will be eligible for return. The item I had was unused, had its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

I'll count my losses and move on, won't ever step foot into another store again and will spread the word across as many online platforms to prevent others experiencing the same.

Shame on so many levels.
