Robust, reasonably quiet – Nicely made quality fan.At nearly 12Kg, it's solid. The wall mount bracket is better than a few competitors. Noise level @ 1m on lowest setting in… Read more

approx 51DBA average. This is significantly quieter that it's competitors whom are typically at least twice as noisy on low speed. The two screws that allow adjustment were most rusty and not set screws, nor Allen head. They were screw driver head Phillips and also a groove for a flat screwdriver. The locking screw (for the option of not using the sweep function) was rusted solid, and due to the soft metal that was used for the screw; it "rounded off" easily. It became impossible to adjust from rounding and when I attempted to drill out this screw to enable the thread to be re tapped; it work hardened and became impossible to drill the locked screw out. Other than the crappy rusted locking screw, product is excellent quality, too. Plus a 3 year warranty.

Junk Fan – Bought this Fan just over 2 years ago, the oscillating function stuttered since new. The fan itself was powerful enough to cool a lounge room easily… Read more

although about 12 months ago the fan blades would not turn when the unit was switched on and I had to help it by turning the blades manually until it ran. Then recently it stopped working even with my assistance. This is a $189 fan. I called Kincrome Australia and they said they can't help it's out of warranty. I said a $20 Kmart fan lasts longer than this expensive industrial fan. They suggested I take it to an electrical repairer. Thanks Kincrome, not buying anymore of your overpriced rubbish. You lost a loyal customer.
