assistance. This is a $189 fan. I called Kincrome Australia and they said they can't help it's out of warranty. I said a $20 Kmart fan lasts longer than this expensive industrial fan. They suggested I take it to an electrical repairer. Thanks Kincrome, not buying anymore of your overpriced rubbish. You lost a loyal customer.
