place my cast iron plate to sit my pots on, I also like the placements of the burners for easy cooking and my pots seem to fit better. I also really think the metal cooktop grates to sit my cookware on is strong and sturdy, and more convenient as they fit well, and easy to clean, they so far have not stained. I am very impressed with the experience I had with the Kleenmaid Parts Department when they assisted in upgrading from my old cooktop, and very happy to recommend the Kleenmaid brand to my friends and Family. I also had a great experience with the recommended local service agent whom did a 10 out of 10 installation in my home.

Its so bad i think i'll replace it because the noise is bad however the awful blue colour lights make it something i have to get rid of. We rang to see if they could be changed to warm light however they cannot do that.

that’s the good news, what lets this unit down is that, not only are the operating instructions confusing but the touch controls are not sensitive at all so you are almost pushing the unit through the back of the kitchen cabinet to get the thing to turn on. Hadn’t considered buying any kleenmaid products in the past and I don’t think I will be buying any more in the future.

they say it could be drop or impact during delivery (poor build quality).. They are charing almost $500 to replace a glass panel and cannot guarantee it will not break again..What a joke!
