don’t return calls or emails and clearly have zero regard for their customers. Milk bottles that we paid $80 for started leaking the very first day we used. didn't take action very quickly as we have twins and life is challenging for us however we have a message on the very first day to the person we purchased it from but apparently that's not enough and warranty is over, end of story! Avoid at all costs.
