My account is linked to an old phone number, and I cannot log in to change my phone number, because I need to enter a code SENT TO THE OLD PHONE NUMBER. Apparently it's not permitted to receive the code via email (yet my other bank does this no problem).

I made Bendigo Bank aware of this months ago, but NOTHING has been done.

Half the time I can't make online purchases because it insists it needs a code which I can't receive. It's especially ridiculous when I always use the same device, same browser and same retailer to make the transaction, and it's frequently less than $50. I can't spend my own money.

Fortunately this is not my main bank account, but it's causing me a lot of stress. If my account is compromised they had better take full responsibility.
