Best NRMA Insurance Boat Insurance in Victoria Melbourne and Geelong

I don't understand how NRMAs premiums can escalate so much – How is it that my premiums differ so much from when I keep my boat on a trailer on my property to when it is at the marina? I have dogs on my property, there are security cameras and I have never made a claim. It doesn't make sense?
