get the mandatory "the call is being recorded for training purposes" ... there has been repeated communication that the call in question, which changes the whole status of the claim "cannot be found", the consent form for the call "cannot be found", the transcript which must be provided "cannot be found". Not sure how this can actually happen. It is the only call during this whole process which commenced in October 2025, that "cannot be found". Obviously, there are now further steps that have to be taken but the question still remains ... how can it not be found? Draw your own conclusion ....
