Stylish, quiet fans with great airflow – I replaced the original Arlec fans in my apartment's bedroom with the 52" Ascot fans. I'm so glad I did, they're excellent. They're stylish, easy to… Read more
clean, very quiet (in my opinion) and push plenty of air. I loved them so much I just had one recently installed on my balcony - their plastic blades should hopefully fair well, compared to metal blades. All of my fans were hard wired with the knob, and I've had no issues. I 10/10 recommend.

Started out good, then the knocking noise came – Had one of these installed in my bedroom. It all started out ok, then after about 2mths, a knocking noise started to develop. This would only be… Read more
evident on speed 1, turning it up it disappeared so thought nothing of it. Then at the 4mth mark it has become unusable, the knocking noise occurs at all levels. Have removed and tightened all screws, the noise comes from within the motor area. Can't do much more without an electrician to remove the fan. Might need to look at a replacement, so likely wouldn't touch this model again.

commented on. The matt white finish with the teak blades looks clean, modern and suits the space really well. It’s not just about looks either. The airflow is excellent and even in hot, humid Brisbane weather I haven’t had to crank it up to anything higher than speed 4. There are 6 speeds. It’s quiet, effective, and does exactly what you want a ceiling fan to do. I like it so much that I will be replacing the other fans in the house with the same model. Highly recommended. Hubby just said something about it being smart as well… Hope he was talking about me.. haha
