despite no settings changing, resulting in huge amounts of time and money being wasted, not to mention the sheet frustration of rushing out to work never knowing if I'll have a coffee that day. I have never had such a negative experience with a coffee brand before, but Coffex is one that I can honestly say will never win me back.
