The box of parts arrived, with an instruction book.

The instructions are not very clear, so I put the parts together by referring to the diagram (and then I tried that again) when the box of parts was almost empty, I started tightening everything up.

Strapped myself in and hung upside down. So far I am liking it.

The removable bar on the back part of the frame is a bit different to the one in the diagrams, but this has been updated and is better.
