few perfumes that I can use without developing a headache. I am lucky that I can wear it as I love it so much and always apply it routinely in the morning when first dressing.

This expensive perfume has a lovely fragrance when first applied but within minutes the lovely aroma has disappeared. Very disappointing as it was purchased to replaced the now deleted perfume Champagne, previously made by YSL.

I tried it in store liked it . Purchased . Got home opened the box put some on as I do most perfumes could barely smell it , drenched myself in it and just smelt it . Asked people around me can you smell it , barely . Asked my husband no he can’t smell it .

So I contacted ysl as I had read online that this does happen . I was advised to provide batch number , which I did and sorry we can’t help return to reseller.

The reseller chemist warehouse policy is no returns of fragrances . So I spent $150.00 on a perfume maybe a hint of smell for 5 min . I did google and see that they may have reformulated it as it was discontinued a lot of feedback it was strong and they brought it back weaker.

I contacted ysl again and asked if I can send a bottle back to them as it’s no used to me Maybe test it could be a faulty batch ? They said no we do that . We can offer you 30.00 . They would allow me to send it back if I bought directly from them . But a reseller no . So check the terms and conditions of the company.

I have never not had a perfume not hold a fragrance even cheap ones . Ysl is part of the L'Oréal Group.

So both businesses have washed their hands of the product and don’t wish to test it . Perfume is a true luxury these days and this is disappointing .

has become one of the two perfumes I only wear for special moments. Its like a morning freshness, something young. The bottle is precious with lines like a maze, like Paris's streets; and the YSL written on a black leather. Definitely one to have in your collection.

clean scent of this perfume. It sorta has a floral and woody scent that smells so clean and fresh without being heavy or overpowering. The first time I smelt it on a friend I knew I had to have it.

It has brilliant lasting power which is one of the things I really love about it. For me it's nicer as a daytime perfume though I'm sure it would be lovely anytime. I really find it's the perfume that seems to draw the most compliments and I'm often asked what I'm wearing.

It was originally released in 1974 so it's been around for awhile although it's been reformulated and it seems that a lot of people who remember it from old don't like the reformulated scent but I seriously can't imagine it being nicer. I even like the simplicity of the tin spray can next to my other pretty perfume bottles and I think it will always be one of my top 5. Scent and staying power
