small limbs and was totally useless chipping limbs 1/2" in diameter. I spent more down time clearing the jams then working time, very frustrating. I gave up on this make and purchased a "Sun Joe" model which unbelievably did chop a 1.5" piece of tree, I only did this once just to see if the adds were true. I also tried to contact a dealer in Canada, contacted the AL-KO company in UK and never got an answer on a dealer for parts.
