over the phone, and the gutters were spotless when they finished. I didn’t have to wait around for someone to show up and try to pressure me into an absurdly high quote like I’ve experienced in the past. The service was excellent, and I can’t recommend them enough!
Once the job was done, I mentioned the pigeons on the roof, and they explained how they could stop them from getting under the solar panels. They gave me a very reasonable quote, and I asked if they could do it right away. To my surprise, they had the necessary pigeon-proofing materials in their ute, so I gave the go-ahead.
It’s been two weeks now, and I haven’t been woken up by any pigeons!

$300. He then LIED about completed works, and the "photo evidence" he provided deliberately obscured the gutters still overflowing with leaves.
[Name Removed] then forced me to pay his personal PayID, claiming his "card machine was broken". Luckily I received an email invoice from Mr Gutter Cleaning. He even tried to get me to purchase "bird protection" for my gutters at a whopping $800 - you're dreaming, mate!
When I got up on the roof and realised I had effectively been scammed, I complained directly to the company and they strung me along for almost FOUR WEEKS with several cancellations before finally sending Leigh who did the job properly - he was up for 22 minutes, yet they charge $300 for "2 hours" of work.
The original date booked was 13/12/25. [Name Removed] pretended to do his job on 30/12/25. They finally did the job properly on 19/01/26.
These people DO NOT respect your time.
If you are a vulnerable person, or are unable to check your roof for any reason, avoid this company.

He did not talk so fast that I could not get a word in, he took no for an answer the first time - unlike the over seas callers who argue with me and I end up hanging up on them. If I was interested in solar, I would get a quote from these people.
