however I would like to praise the customer service. The customer service officer that I spoke to, Andrew, was outstanding, to say the least. His product knowledge was unbelievable, and he offered us options, to save money, that I did not know existed. Andrew was easy to talk to and had a touch of 'wit' about him. Going off into 'the unknown' (a new insurance company), I just hope that all my future dealings with Youi are as pleasant as this dealing.
