both ACCC and consumer ombudsman and they still don't care and won't have a manager reach out. Their website has no disclaimers until you receive the item so if it's not suitable don't think they will ever let you return it even though they were in the wrong. 16 emails back and forward and I'm still waiting for a manager to get in touch. Pathetic and illegal trading.
