I have used in the past, but struggles with my longer carving knife, plus the jig for the wet stone grinder take a few minuites to set up. The Bavarian Edge sharpener takes seconds and its done! I would strongly encourage anyone to have a go. I haven't tried serated blades yet, but I did just order another one for my father in law.

shopped alot online and no one takes this long to resolve an issue. They were able to ship it out on days but take months to replace it. Knife is OK, get blunt very quickly.

this morning and still couldn’t remove the stuck bits.. I soaked it again for another couple of hours and scrubbed again. This time most of it cleaned off. I used jif and a wire scourer.. Still not done. I don’t expect it to look like new but I expected an easier clean than the bbq. Very disappointed.

It is a good product, but it will not dice a big onion without cutting it into smaller pieces, but happy with the "Chopzilla" overall.
