Waste of money. I was so excited to think that this bread container was going to keep everything super fresh. Unfortunately it is not the case. Wanted to send it back and i was talked into getting a replacement as the original one might have been faulty. Total waste of money!! Bread stays fresher in its original wrapping. Doesn't work – Wish I'd seen these reviews before forking out for one myself. I discovered, just like so many before me, that its just a plastic box with no special features. In fact I think it speeds up how quickly bread goes off, it doesn't delay it! Due to undergoing severe medical treatment I missed the window for returning it, but if I can stop anybody else from wasting their money on this useless product I'll be happy. Show details

Best storage for my bread – I have a Tupperware Bread Smart storage and have had no problems. Any bread will go mouldy if left in plastic bag before placing in container. During warm or hot weather I store in the fridge. Other times in the pantry. Show details ·  1

Love the bread smart – This product does everything it says it does. Not sure what others are doing wrong but all I can say is don't position in direct sunlight and if cleaned ensure it is dried properly. This is truly a great product. Show details ·  1

Initially not happy but …… – I was initially unhappy with this product but have since found that if I leave t on the bench in the kitchen rather than in the cupboard it does keep the bread fresher longer maybe because of the airflow out in the open so try this and hope it worked better for you Show details ·  1

Complete waste of money - misleading advert – Sadly we found that the bread was mouldy after 4 days in the Junior Breadsmart - the very thing we were trying to avoid & it has happened on 3 occasions. It was a waste of money (£53.98) At 81 & 91 we are not in good health & hardly fit enough to send them back

when my bread and bakery products we t stale and .mouldy in less than a week, once i was able to make use of them, I couldn't send them back. I now have two large boxes that I can only use for storing my linen or something similar. I had decided to give Tupperware a other go, after previous disappointments, I was wrong. Don't waste your cash on an overpriced plastic box.

Ruined reputation – The Tupperware Breadsmart is a con. I bought 2 loaves of bread with the same use by date. One went in the Tupperware bin, the other stayed in the plastic fastened at one end. The bread in the bin quickly became hard and the inside of the bin was wet! The bread bought in the grocery store stayed fresh for a couple of weeks!! Scammers – Bought this a month ago and wanted to give it a chance. But every time I put bread in it, 3-4 days later mouldy bread. Bread in plastic bag lasts longer. Brilliant! Get one! – I can’t say enough good things about it! Seldom does a product actually exceed expectations. The bread looks, smells and tastes fresh at the end of a week, . It works! – I was a bit disappointed that the bread had to be taken out of the bag it was in. As an experiment, I put a sliced loaf in and for over 2 weeks and it didn’t get mouldy and stayed soft. It definitely works. Probably better to use an uncut loaf. Show details ·  1

Don't buy Breadsmart-Waste of money – I have both the large and small Bread smart. Bread goes mouldy after 3 days. tried different types of breads but same result. Have thrown out 6 loaves of bread in past month. Prior to having this would leave bread in its bag and would waste approx few slices a month. FALSE ADVERTISING DON'T BUY TUPPERWARE BREAD SMART CONTAINER – At the cost of $59.00 I thought the Tupperware name would stand up to its selling. Keep your loaves fresher – We don't eat a lot of bread so the bread we did have was going stale before we could use it and eventually was through out in the rubbish but since we purchased the Breadsmart by Tupperware we are now able to keep our loaves fresher for much longer we think it was a very good purchase. Show details

Fresh Bread every time – I am impressed with this product. I normally freeze my bread loaf and defrost one or two slices when required. This takes time and you never feel like your buttering a "fresh" slice once it's defrosted. I then place the remaining half into the unit. We now have "fresh" bread ready to eat or toast when we want. I would recommend this to anyone that does not consume a loaf soon enough to avoid the bread becoming stale.

Disappointing Product – I was hopeful that this product would work - but sadly I’m joining all the other reviewers to say it’s a big fail. Crumpets went mouldy within 2 days, bread went hard and stale in a couple of days - or grew mould. GARBAGE – This is such a scam, TV advertising has really hit bottom to cheat the public, breadsmart is useless. Bread I bought was straight from the bakery, it only lasted 2 days before it went stale, big rip off
