you put in it overflows everytime and the lid lifts up and the froth runs out making a terrible mess. It doesn't even heat up enough as I have to turn it off and end up heating my coffee in the Microwave. Making a Latte is okay but definitely not for a Cappuccino and I did not buy it to just make a Latte. Very disappointing Nespresso my Frother is brand new complete waste of $109.00 would definitely not recommend.

over heats the milk to >80 degrees so have to switch it off manually to avoid scalded milk. The "dense hot milk foam" setting gives egg white solid topping inches thick, but the "airy hot froth" barely foams at all and leaves most of the milk thin and untouched in texture. Overflows very easily. Not nearly as good as the 10 year old version it replaced.
