We have had this for about a year. Happy with how it performs, and it is handy being able to put it in the dishwasher. Recently we did have a fault but the company has agreed to send us a replacement which I think is good service and is much appreciated.

Very disappointing- didn't think frothy milk should be this hard! – Pros: looks pretty and theoretically dishwasher proof although we haven't tried it. Slightly larger capacity than the previous model is useful Cons: over heats the milk to >80 degrees so have to switch it off manually to avoid scalded milk. The "dense hot milk foam" setting gives egg white solid topping inches thick, but the "airy hot froth" barely foams at all and leaves most of the milk thin and untouched in texture. Overflows very easily. Not nearly as good as the 10 year old version it replaced.
