it. I had the phone for a week and it fell from about waist height onto the floor. The screen smashed. (OK my fault for not having a protector) But I usually don't use one as I don't like the extra bulk. The screen protrudes above the case so is vulnerable. The worst part is - I went back to Office Works where I bought it. "What can I do?" "Bad luck - you dropped it." "Take it to a repair shop and get a new screen." I Called TCL. After quite a run around - "sorry, we can't fix it - Here's a place who fixes them." Is that in Sydney? "Yes." But I live in Cairns! "Sorry - Can't help"

wife has a POCO --no problem to lock into LA WiFi. I did not have it. I asked some young phone nerds if they had it - yes - everybody. "I show you how to "a young man volunteered (Iam 81 yrs old) ---it was simply not there. Net connection reset. No change. I had to do all checking in again when the counter finally opened I reported this to TCL Australia with the info I had from the box. NOT a TCL phone was the answer. I reported it to TCL in Hong Kong -- never heard from them. I will not use this phone again - what else may be NOT working I do not know about? I was very sick in LA and on arrival in Australia I had to get a pacemaker.. My life was depending on my new phone...which did not connect to a free WiFi -- many other locked WiFi connections were on the phone though. I bought a POCO now too
I still have the TCK phone ==anybody interested? Make an offer:-)
