sadly went un-noticed by me. When contacted they claimed they had not received cancellation notice or phone call to cancel - wrong. When challenged as to how they could keep drawing when credit card had expired the short answer is they could - my point being other organisations will send you a notification that your credit card is going to expire so you should update - apparently not Shannons.

Long-story-short, I need to send proof of disposal to them for a bike I sold over two years ago and they "may consider a partial refund". Do you think I can find PoD, sadly not.

As far as I am concerned they are thieves and will not see one cent more of my money.
