have experienced neck pain and back pain and complained about the terrible head rest support that is NOT ADJUSTABLE pushing their head forward and preventing their back to rest. The website is misleading customers since they clearly mention that the headrest are ajustable when they are not!!!! Kogan sent us an email in September asking us to send back the 2 chairs at our own expenses which is abusive so in return we have asked them the 5th of October to send us 2 pray paid Post labels to take the charge of Postal fees at Kogan expenses as it should be commonly managed by suppliers for a faulty-misleading product. Ross wrote 4 weeks ago a message on Product review asking to send him my email and order number, that what I did and since then with have not heard about Kogan!!! you are purely abusing our patience, we are waiting for your actions to be taken to fix this problem and we will not give up!
