diet only I’d never feed dry only . I would also never just change a dogs food dramatically . If I change products I do it slowly over a week adding a little more of the new each day and removing some of the old and that way I don’t have any issues with loose stools etc . My puppies are sent home with 2 weeks worth of food as I recommend keeping the same diet whilst the puppy settles in before you swap to whatever the new owner wants to feed otherwise too much too soon. So providing puppy is happy 1 week of existing diet . Rest of food used in the change over to the new diet . Should take at least a week. I like that it’s Australian and quality products . It passed all my tests , soaking , burning , etc before I even taste it myself and let dogs taste . No issues at all.
