They listened and turned up to do a measure and quote – Didn't purchase the product as too much trouble to retrofit

stove, and the sales rep suggested Qasair was our best option for both the heat and odours. Trusting the rep has saved our marriage. The Qasair is whisper quite, there are no residual odours after a meal, filters are easy to clean and we are just happy. Lastly, the product is Australian made. I would highly advise anyone considering to buy.

Excellent Range Hood – Installed a STA9002RT in 2/2011 and worked a treat until late 2021. Looks impressive, is powerful, and as range hoods go not too loud on the lower… Read more

settings. It is made of solid heavy stainless. Then in late 2021 the low speed on one of the two exhaust fans started intermittently stopping and sometimes restarting after a while. Organised a service call. Fortunately we are in head office territory and Matthew (service manager) and helper attended. He was one of the most meticulous technicians I have seen as he methodically worked through the range hood electrics and eventually found a broken wire inside a connector causing the fault. The service cost was very reasonable.

Fragrant cooking with no indoor smell – My previous range-hood was a super loud Smeg/Omega one that operated poorly and did not extract vapors or smells. We cook a lot of Asian style… Read more

cuisine and to avoid smoke indoors, cooked fried foods outside. Eventually we started noticing residue on the ceilings and decided to upgrade the range-hood. I needed something quiet and powerful. After plenty of research I decided to go with the Qasair and used one of their certified installers to fit the correct ducting too. Yes it is an expensive unit and installation is expensive too but the results are amazing. No smells or vapors and this includes cooking curries and frying fish in the house. The unit is extremely quiet too on the highest setting. I was surprised given that this was one of their smallest range-hoods (60cm) but has an airflow rate of 900m3/hr. Some of the larger rangehoods on the market 90-120cm cant even reach this airflow rate. My only regret is not getting one earlier which would have avoided me re-painting walls and cleaning furniture due to cooking residue build up over time. It is definitely worth it and I totally recommend it.
